Our experienced staff, management teams, and state-of-the-art equipment give Westra the edge in handling a wide range of heavy construction projects. We specialize our work in the areas of water and reclaimed water distribution systems, sewer collection systems, force mains, stormwater collection systems, vacuum sewer systems, complete site work for private developments, roadway construction, heavy highway / D.O.T projects, Design-Build projects, and water/wastewater treatment plant facilities.

Heavy Civil / DOT / Utilities & Transmission Mains
Westra Construction Corp. has installed over 250 miles of pipeline in the West Central Region of Florida over the years.
Our pipe projects have ranged from small diameter water, sewer, and reclaimed pipe through residential neighborhoods to miles of 60" and 72" diameter transmission mains and trunk sewer systems up to 84".
Combine our utility expertise with our DOT qualifications, road building capabilities, and $150 million dollar bonding capacity, and it's easy to see that Westra is fully committed to improving Florida's infrastructure.
Water / Waste Water Treatment Facilities / Pump Stations & Master Lift Stations
Moving and treating water and wastewater has been at the core of Westra's foundation from day one.
We are capable of anything from the rehab of a minor lift station, to the new construction of a state-of-the-art water treatment facility. With a long and very successful history in water and wastewater treatment, we have constructed reverse osmosis facilities, hydrogen sulfide removal plants, master lift stations, and surface water pump stations capable of up to 52 MGD.
With water being such an invaluable resource, we are proud to take part in the collection, treatment, and distribution of it to the local communities we serve.
